Crown Crest Merchants is located at Ghale House, Ground Floor, Suite 3, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya.

What are your operating hours?

Orders and support requests are processed Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. East Africa Time. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. Delivery is available within Kenya. Available delivery methods and charges depend on the destination and are calculated after the delivery address is entered at checkout.

Is every advertised price for a full-size bottle?

No. Some fragrance listings offer multiple formats, including samples, miniatures or decants. Always check the selected size and format before adding a product to the cart. A sample, miniature or decant does not include the full-size retail bottle unless expressly stated.

Is Crown Crest affiliated with the fragrance brands?

Crown Crest is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands displayed on the website.

What payment methods are accepted?

The available secure payment method is displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Paystack or another payment provider shown before payment.

Can I return a perfume?

Return eligibility depends on the condition and format of the product. Opened, sprayed or unsealed perfumes and supplied samples, decants or miniatures are generally not returnable for change of mind. Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrectly supplied orders should be reported promptly. Please read the Refund Policy linked in the website footer.
